Clayton Valley is home to North America's only producing lithium mine
DEER MUSK WEST
The Deer Musk West Project consists of 190 placer mining claims totalling 3833 acres and is located on the Southwest side of the Clayton Valley. The property is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, and has year-round access with well-maintained gravel roads coming off Highway 95. This property also lies Southwest of Albemarle's Silver Peak Mine and West of Pure Energy's lithium brine operation.
There are two potential lithium mineral resource targets for the DMW claim block, dissolved lithium salts and hydroxides in groundwater brine and high lithium concentrates in the sedimentary rocks contained in Clayton Valley.
